Have peace of mind knowing that your child, elderly parent, or loved one who needs care or assistance, or is an adventure-loving outdoorsy person, can notify you when it matters. By pushing the one small button on their Linea, they can send an alert notification to their trusted contacts.
Designed for simplicity and ease of use
At the touch of one small button, Linea instantly sends an alert notification via a SMS to your pre-selected trusted contacts, letting them know when you need assistance. This is not a smartwatch but a watch with a panic button feature that's connected to our Vodacom network.
How Linea works
Panic button
When the wearer pushes the one small button on their Linea, up to five pre-loaded trusted contacts can receive an alert notification via SMS.
Alert notification
An alert notification contains the date, time, and a link to GPS co-ordinates that opens to show the location on a map.
Real-time location
Real-time location runs for 30 minutes once the panic button has been activated.

Mobile connectivity
The device connects to the Vodacom network via an embedded Vodacom Smart SIM. A separate SIM card is not needed.
Available to all Vodacom Customers
This device can be used by any person in South Africa on the Vodacom network via the embedded Vodacom Smart SIM that comes with Linea.
Apps
Everything is managed in one app; the Linea+ app which is available in Apple App store and Google Play Store. It's not yet available in the Huawei App Gallery.
