Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TechnoMobi.co.za, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient delivery services. Please review our shipping policy below:

  1. Delivery within South Africa:

    • TechnoMobi delivers exclusively within the borders of South Africa.
    • All orders exceeding the value of R2000 (including VAT) qualify for free delivery.
    • For orders under the value of R2000 (including VAT), a flat delivery fee of R75 will be incurred.
  2. Additional Delivery Fees:

    • Certain destination exceptions such as rural areas, farms, game farms, national parks, and hospitals may incur additional delivery fees.
    • These fees will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
  3. Delivery Schedule:

    • Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
    • Please note that no deliveries will be arranged on weekends and public holidays.
  4. Delivery Timeframe:

    • Once payment has been received by TechnoMobi, deliveries will typically take between 3-4 working days.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and location.
    • Please be aware that orders paid via EFT payments may experience delayed delivery times due to payment processing delays.
  5. Address Accuracy and Liability:

    • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address during the order placement process.
    • TechnoMobi shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from deliveries made to an incorrect address.
  6. Payment and Dispatch:

    • TechnoMobi will only dispatch orders upon receipt of full payment or confirmation of payment reflecting with our finance team.
    • Cash on delivery is not accepted as a payment method.
  7. Shipping Options:

    • Click and Collect (Gauteng Only):

      • There is no charge for our Click and Collect service.
      • In case immediate collection is not possible due to varying stock levels, we will source your purchase within 1-3 working days and notify you when it's ready for collection.
    • National Delivery (South Africa):

      • TechnoMobi offers free domestic shipping for orders greater than R2000 nationwide.
      • All orders are processed within 1 working day, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays.
      • Please note that delivery times are estimates and we do not guarantee against any delays.
      • In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
    • Express Shipping:

      • If you require express shipping, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for further details.
  8. Couriers:

    • TechnoMobi utilizes reputable third-party couriers for delivery, including DPD Lazer, The Courier Guy, and RAM Courier.
  9. Shipping / Collection of Trade-In Devices

  • Prepare the Pre-Owned Device(s) you are trading-in to be collected by the Trade-In Partner by:
  1. backing up files and information from the Pre-Owned Device; and
  2. perform a factory reset on the Pre-Owned Device; and
  3. deactivate the Pre-Owned Device from google or iCloud account, and
  4. remove sim and memory cards.
  • The Pre-Owned Device will be collected though the Trade-In Partner or their agent and be delivered to the Trade-In Partner for evaluation in accordance to clause 4.1.5.
  • Once participants receive the trade-in value of their Pre-Owned Device by the Trade-In Partner, the participant must agree to the terms and conditions of the Trade-In Partner.
  • The final trade-in value will be paid by the Trade-In Partner to a participant who submitted a valid IMEI number, as printed on the Promotion Device packaging, confirming they purchased a Promotion Device from a Participating Retail Partner, and by way of an EFT payment or a Technomobi online store voucher to the Participant. Participant may elect if they wish to receive an EFT cash back payment or Technomobi online store voucher.
  • Please ensure you wrap your device in bubble wrap or something to protect it and seal it in a cardboard box before handing it over to the courier. Technomobi will not take responsibility for your device being damaged in transit.

    10. Shipping of Repair Devices

    • Every repair includes collection and delivery fees to and from our offices. Ensure that you choose the correct device which needs to be repaired.
    • Our customer service agent will contact you to arrange collection of your damaged device at a convenient time to suite you.
    • Please ensure you wrap your device in bubble wrap or something to protect it and seal it in a cardboard box before handing it over to the courier. Technomobi will not take responsibility for your device being damaged in transit.
