HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Purchase your repair
Every repair includes assessment, collection and delivery fees to and from our offices. Ensure that you choose the correct device which needs to be repaired.
Step 2: We arrange collection
Our customer service agent will contact you to arrange collection of your damaged device at a convenient time to suite you.
Step 3: The collection
Please ensure you wrap your device in bubble wrap or something to protect it and seal it in a cardboard box before handing it over to the courier. We cannot take responsibility for your device being damaged in transit.
Step 4: Book in and status updates
You will receive a book in confirmation once your device arrives at our offices. Your device will be assessed and you will receive status updates on your repair.
Step 5: Repair complete
Once your device’s repair is complete, you will receive notification and we will courier your newly repaired device back to your shipping address.

How long does it take to repair an Honor 200 Lite screen?
Usually 1-2 business days once the part is in stock. If original parts are available immediately, same-day service may be possible. Technomobi keeps you updated throughout.
If we collect and delivery via couries the lead time can take upto 4 - 6 business working days.
Will my data be safe when repairing my screen?
Yes. At Technomobi we do not need to erase your data to replace the screen. We always recommend you to back up important info before repair, but your apps, photos, settings remain intact.

Sometimes only the outer glass / digitizer is damaged. If the LCD/display is still functional, a "glass only" repair may be cheaper. However, if cracks reach LCD or touch/digitiser fails, full screen replacement is needed.
