Golden Egg Easter Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Technomobi (“the Promoter”). By participating in the campaign, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period
The Golden Egg Easter Campaign will run from Monday 9 March 2026 and will end one week after the Easter weekend 2026.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the campaign at its discretion.

3. Eligibility

• The promotion applies to online purchases made through the Technomobi website during the campaign period.

• Each completed order during the campaign period will receive one plastic egg, while stocks last.

• Eggs are included on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

4. Campaign Mechanics
Each qualifying order may receive a plastic egg containing a surprise item which may include but is not limited to:

• Discount vouchers

• Free delivery vouchers

• Promotional items or sweets

• Entries into the Golden Egg prize

5. Golden Egg Prize

• Selected orders may receive a Golden Egg, which represents an entry into the campaign’s grand prize draw.

• The grand prize consists of R10,000 to spend on the Technomobi website.

• The winner will be selected and announced after the campaign concludes.

• The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred.

6. Voucher Terms
Eggs may contain promotional vouchers.

• Vouchers are valid only during March and April.

• Expired vouchers will not be reissued, replaced, or extended.

• Vouchers are valid for one use only unless otherwise specified.

• Only one voucher may be used per order. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined or applied to a single purchase.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers cannot be applied to previous orders or purchases already completed.

7. Returns and Voucher Use
Orders will not be returned, cancelled, or refunded for the purpose of applying a voucher to a different order.
Customers may not return an order in order to reuse or apply a promotional voucher.

8. Free Gifts and Promotional Items
Free gifts, prizes, or promotional items included in eggs are subject to availability and may vary.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Warranty Disclaimer for Promotional Items
All promotional items, prizes, gifts, or freebies received through this campaign are supplied as complimentary promotional products.

• These items do not carry a warranty from Technomobi.

• In the event that a promotional item is faulty, damaged, or non-functional, Technomobi cannot guarantee replacement.

• These items are supplied via participating suppliers or brand partners, and any defects originate from the supplier.

10. Fair Use
Technomobi reserves the right to cancel orders, vouchers, or promotional benefits if any abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.

11. Limitation of Availability
Eggs, vouchers, gifts, and promotional items are limited and available only while stocks last.

12. Prize Winner Verification
The Golden Egg prize winner may be required to provide valid identification and contact details for verification before the prize is awarded.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.

13. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this promotion, customers agree that Technomobi, its employees, partners, and suppliers will not be held liable for:

• any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the campaign

• any defects or issues relating to promotional items supplied by third‑party suppliers

• any technical issues, website errors, or delays affecting participation in the promotion.

14. General
Technomobi reserves the right to:

• amend or update these Terms & Conditions

• substitute prizes or promotional items

• cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Additional Campaign Rules

• The contents of eggs are randomly allocated and cannot be selected by customers.

• Egg contents, vouchers, or promotional items cannot be exchanged, swapped, or replaced for alternative items or values.

• The placement of Golden Eggs is random and is not influenced by order value, product type, or order size. All qualifying orders have an equal chance of receiving a Golden Egg.

• Only one egg will be included per order, regardless of the number of items purchased or the total order value.

• Promotional items, freebies, and gifts received as part of this campaign are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, as they are provided at no additional cost as part of the promotion.
