The bag is made mainly from 1680D nylon, a material which is durable and soft to the touch. This bag is called a Clamshell bag because the zipper allows it to open up completely, going around the structural frame of the bag.This system allows you to secure your computer in the bag more easily using a Velcro strap that will encase your laptop and prevent it from falling out of the bag if it is opened suddenly.

In addition to the features of the classic Manhattan Clamshell, the Backfile model has an extra compartment, allowing you to carry all your documents, as well as your belongings. This modern and assertive style (reflected across our Manhattan range) was fully developed by our designers in our creative studio in Paris.

There is also a trolley strap on the reverse of this bag, which is very convenient for carrying your bag and trolley with one hand.Our designers have also worked on the ergonomics of the carrying handle, making it more suitable for heavy loads. The handle is also reinforced with metal rivets.
